I LOVE Food!

I am the first generation born in the USA. My family hails from Atena Lucana in Campania and Agrigento in Sicily.

A perfect day for me is cooking and eating. I love to cook all of the great recipes I learned from my family and share at the market.

I stick to tradition and regional recipes because the timelessness of true Italian cuisine is amazing.

There is nothing more magical than watching a pasta sheet being rolled from scratch, or my Nonna cutting tomatoes with a basic kitchen knife.

My hope is to come close to the greatness of my Nonni, knowing I never will. To me, that is the single best way to honor their memory and all the wonderful Italian home cooks that I have learned from along the way.
