Mascarpone
Mascarpone cheese is versatile, affordable, and tasty. Nearly every grocery store carries it and it’s very easy to work with.
Here is the recipe…mix it with almost anything for a tasty spread. Below are some ideas:
lemon zest
orange zest
grated garlic
fresh raspberries
fresh blueberries
pistachios
cayenne pepper powder
grated serrano or jalapeno
fig preserve
spicy fig preserve
any jam or marmalade
any herb
