Two Tasty Ways to Enjoy my White Cheddar Serrano Loaf

This is one of my favorite loaves!

Toasted Panino

  1. Two thin slices of White Cheddar Serrano toasted

  2. As the bread is toasting I warm a stock of spicy soppressata, mortadella, and provolone in a frying pan with a little olive oil. Just a touch of oil though.

  3. Spread goat cheese on both slices of bread

  4. Build and eat with a side of spicy olives.

Open-faced egg sandwich

  1. Slice and toast one slice of White Cheddar Serrano Sourdough

  2. Fry two eggs in butter

  3. Spread goat cheese on the toasted bread

  4. Slide the eggs over the the toast

  5. Add salt and pepper

I know these are simple suggestions, but the best things are life are usually simple. :)
